- Handle scheduling of property showings.
- Screen tenants for credit history, criminal records, and eviction history.
- Prepare a pro-landlord lease.
- Can include getting your property qualified for Section 8 Housing Assistance, and finding a tenant.
- Owners get to review and sign the lease.
- Compliance with all Fair Housing Laws.
- Fee for this service is ONE FULL MONTH'S RENT (1st Month).

Full Service Property Management
- Includes Basic Tenant Locator Service plus
- Collect rent, and pay to owner
- Follow up on late rent / collection letters / eviction proceedings*
- Handle Maintenance Requests with our licensed contractors / vendors
- Monthly and Annual Tax Reporting
- Fee for this service is 10% of the monthly rent ($25 minimum) PLUS Basic Tenant Locator Service Fee (if applicable)
